Please Note: Some of the products and services mentioned in this website, in articles, banner ads and newsletters and blog posts are for products and services for which I earn a referral fee or commission. We always evaluate anything we recommend very carefully and each year we turn down literally dozens of opportunities to recommend products or services where we can earn a commission. Even though we earn a fee on some of our recommendations, we only recommend products and services that we feel will deliver good value and with rare exceptions, they all come with a money back guarantee.
It’s a great way to make passive income. Of course, when I say “passive”, this doesn’t account for the time needed to spend building or maintaining your WordPress site. However, in terms of having to promote these affiliate links, you can put in as much or as little work as you want to drive traffic to them. This obviously makes this a great option for a passive income stream if you’re not in the business of e-commerce.
$49 USD is a lot where I am from. Normally when you give free starter, there are limited chances to make money or you will be given a crappy website name who nobody wants to click on it thus the need to upgrade to premium or whatever. the is always a catch just like other websites. Sounds too good to be true. Anyways, thanks for the input. It helps.
Set reasonable expectations for earnings. You've only invested $20. You're going to make 5 percent on most products. That means that you need to sell $400 worth of stuff to make back your investment. You get credit for purchases customers make while at Amazon besides just the product you linked to, so it's not as hard as it may sound. It won't make you rich, but it's not hard to be profitable, and the income builds over time.
I have seen Amazon affiliate sites that were so poorly done they made nothing or maybe were lucky to earn $20 to $30 per month.  And I have seen some that make well over $1000 per month.  But if you speak with experienced Amazon affiliates they will tell you that the average is probably somewhere around $300 to $500 month, per site, which is why most of the pros have ten or more sites.
If you have a fondness and talent for taking pictures you can make extra money online by becoming a stock photographer and selling your images to a stock photo company like ShutterStock or iStockPhoto. You’ll get royalties every time someone licenses an image you’ve submitted. To really be successful, build your own photography website to be able to showcase your portfolio and start getting higher-paid private corporate work.

Just be sure to put a lot of care into your product listings. Everything from the titles you use, to how effective the description is at convincing potential buyers your product is better than the rest, and even taking care to shoot high quality product photos can have a dramatic impact on your sales. I recommend using photo editing tools like Fotor, which gives you the ability to edit your images, create captivating graphic designs and more.
Better yet, you can even upload your own book to one of the world’s largest book sellers: Amazon. With Amazon self-publishing, you set the price, retain the rights to your book, and get access to Amazon’s massive audience. For every sale, you keep 70% with Amazon taking the remainder as a fee. And I’m not the only one. More people than ever are succeeding with Wealthy Affiliate. Most people who join don’t even promote Wealthy Affiliate at all. Instead, Wealthy Affiliate teaches you how to promote any number of products or services across the web in just about any niche. If you do want to promote Wealthy Affiliate, by all means, it’s a great affiliate program that can easily earn you a full-time living! Here’s the last paycheck I received from Wealthy Affiliate. The amount is actually higher than what is posted in the chart above due to some yearly subscriptions and a few other things that I got paid extra for.

Be professional. When you submit a résumé, don’t type it in ALL CAPS and please don’t avoid the caps lock like the plague. Know how to use it without looking incompetent. Write in complete sentences with proper grammar. Of course, there will be exceptions, but even with the exceptions, you must keep it professional. You’re building their view of you.
If someone cancels an order it won’t disappear from the Orders report, it’ll just never appear under Earnings because the item never shipped. Bear in mind that some items take a long time to ship, or may be temporarily out of stock. It could also be the customer asked for the complete order to be shipped at the same time, which would delay earnings if all ten products are from the same customer order.
